GoldWhip 700 Gold Edition Cream Charger Cylinder

The golden whip 700 Gold Edition holds the highest charge count of any single cylinder in our range. At 700g it carries about 87 standard 8g charges — a handful more than the 640g and 666–670g cylinders — which adds up over a long service into fewer changeovers. GoldWhip fills it to 99.7% food-grade N₂O (E942) with a multi-stage filtration step for a clean finish.

That works out to roughly 4.4 to 5.2 litres of finished cream per cylinder, on standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers.

Who it suits: busy kitchens that want the most cream between swaps while staying in the convenient single-cylinder format rather than moving to a tank. If you’d rather have the very highest purity, the Rotass cylinders run 99.95%; if you’re changing cylinders constantly, GoldWhip’s own 2kg Maxxii tank steps you up to ≈250 charges per change.

Sold as a single or in cases of 6, 12, 24 and 48, with about 20% off each cylinder at the largest case.
