FastGas 670g Food-Grade Cylinder

FastGas builds the 670g around mixology, and the flavoured line is the practical reason to pick it: alongside Original it comes in Coconut and Strawberry, which carry through into foams, espumas and cocktail applications without adding liquid or sugar to the recipe. All three are the same price, so choosing a flavour costs nothing.

At 670g it holds slightly more gas than the common 640g cylinders — roughly 84 standard 8g charges, or about 4.2 to 5.0 litres of finished cream per cylinder. It fits standard 0.5L and 1L professional dispensers.

Who it suits: bars and dessert kitchens doing enough volume that per-charge cost matters. Worked out per charge, this cylinder is one of the most economical routes to food-grade N₂O in the range — comfortably cheaper per charge than buying the equivalent number of 8g chargers, which is usually the deciding factor once you’re charging daily rather than occasionally.
